Heartstory is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position would suit someone returning to the workforce after maternity leave, or someone who wants to be part of a growing, dynamic, creative local business with a view to future opportunities.
Skills and qualities that are absolutely essential:
- You are highly organised and detail oriented
- You have initiative and like solving problems
- You have an excellent phone manner
- You are a people person
- You are experienced with office administration
Other skills and qualities that will greatly increase your chances of getting the job:
- You have a background in marketing and/or communications (or related field)
- You have a background in customer service and/or reception (or related)
- You have experience with Photoshop and/or Indesign
Please note, this is not a photography position and you will not be required to shoot or edit photos. This is more of an admin assistant meets personal assistant meets receptionist meets all-round-awesome-human. Duties will include phone and email, data entry, processing orders, client management, general admin, PA tasks and more. Find out more about Heartstory on our website.
Employment conditions and hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Hours are negotiable to start with, however we are potentially looking for Wednesday to Friday 9.30-2.30pm. Very occasional weekend or after hours work may also be required.
