WHAT’S A MINI SESSION?
A Love Autumn mini portrait session is an shortened, scaled-down version of a regular Heartstory portrait session. Mini sessions are short, sweet and simple. We concentrate on capturing specific must-have images, such as individual portraits of each child, the perfect sibling shot, and some fun, natural shots of the whole family. Pets are welcome, as are couples without kids!
Our mini sessions come in a set package, your full payment is required at the time of booking, and your order must be placed at your portrait viewing appointment. Please see end of page for terms and conditions, or contact us for more details.
HOW MUCH IS IT AND WHAT DO I GET?
A Love Autumn mini session package is $390, which includes over $600 worth of value. The package is made up of:
- 30 minute on location photo session yielding 20-25 beautiful images of your family
- one 8×10” matted wall print
- two 5×7” matted gift prints
- a set of web-sized digital images to share online
And should you wish to purchase more, the following special offers are available to you:
- your complete high resolution Digital Collection, which includes a full set of 5×7.5” prints for $790 (value $2500)
- 10% off all wall art.

LOVE AUTUMN 2014 TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your full payment is required immediately upon booking, to confirm your session spot.
- This special cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Fees are transferrable to another date due to bad weather or illness. In the case of a complete cancellation with less than two weeks notice, and no intention to reschedule, an administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund. Please see the Heartstory General Terms & Conditions for more specific terms regarding cancellations.
- If you have more than five people in your family, there will be an additional charge of $50 per extra family member, because your session will run a little longer and you will have more images to choose from.
- Web resolution digital files are included as part of the package, specifically for the purpose of sharing online (facebook and email) however please note these files will have a watermark on them for copyright and privacy protection, and are not suitable to print.
- Your complete Digital Collection is available to purchase separately for the special price of $790 (normally valued at $2500). Your disc will contain web resolution images (for sharing online) and high resolution images (for printing) and a beautiful 5×7.5” print of each image in your gallery.
- Love Autumn sessions take place at a selection of outdoors locations that look particularly beautiful in autumn. Families will be notified of locations about a week prior to sessions. Locations are generally around the Belconnen area and the inner south.
- If your session needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather, we will do our best to give you a new timeslot while the leaves are still falling and looking their best, however this cannot be guaranteed.
- All packages include a portrait viewing & design consultation approximately two weeks after your session. Orders must be placed at the conclusion of the viewing/consult. Love Autumn packages do not include an online proof gallery. Please note, this negates #11 in the Heartstory General Terms & Conditions.
