WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MINI SESSION AND A NORMAL SESSION?
Love Autumn mini portrait sessions are short, sweet and simple. I concentrate on specific images, such as individual portraits of each child, the ‘elusive sibling shot’ and some fun, natural shots of the whole family. Regular Heartstory portrait sessions run for up to two hours, yield a gallery of up to 70 images, and incorporate a variety of locations and activities which results in lots of little ‘photo stories’. Love Autumn mini portrait sessions are specifically designed for current clients to update their family portrait images, and for new clients to get a taste of what Heartstory is all about with a set of beautiful family portraits, for an amazing price and at the most beautiful time of year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your full payment is required immediately upon booking, to confirm your session spot.
- Fees are transferrable to another date due to bad weather or illness. In the case of a complete cancellation with less than two weeks notice, and no intention to reschedule, an administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund.
- If you have more than five people in your family, you can still book a mini session, however it will be $50 per extra family member, your session will run a little longer and you will have more images to choose from.
- If you have a newborn in the family, you are still welcome to book a mini session, but please bear in mind that Katie will not be able to devote the same care and time to photographing your newborn as she would in an exclusive ‘in-home’ newborn session.
- Web resolution digital files are included as part of the package, specifically for the purpose of sharing online (facebook and email) however please note these files will have a watermark on them for copyright and privacy protection, and are not suitable to print.
- Your complete Digital Collection is available to purchase separately for the special price of $750 (normally valued at over $1500). It includes web resolution (for sharing online) and high resolution images (for printing) and a boxed set of 5×7.5” prints of each image in your gallery.
- Love Autumn sessions take place at a selection of outdoors locations that look particularly beautiful in autumn. Families will be notified of locations about a week prior to sessions.
- If your session needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather, Katie will do her best to give you a new timeslot while the leaves are still falling and looking their best, however this cannot be guaranteed.
- All packages include a portrait viewing & design consultation approximately two weeks after your session. Orders must be placed at conclusion of the viewing/consult and additional products paid for within three days. Love Autumn packages do not include an online web gallery.
- Other regular Heartstory portrait terms also apply.
