Wellbeing of staff, clients and visitors

Any staff, clients or visitors experiencing cold and flu like symptoms will not be allowed to enter our premises or attend an outdoors photo session.
Heartstory staff are fully vaccinated and completed a Covid-19 hygiene certificate in 2020.
Heartstory will require you to fill out a short Covid Safety checklist prior to your session or appointment.

All visits to our premises are by appointment only.
We aim to space appointment times to ensure that clients do not have to physically cross paths while at our premises.
If a client arrives for their appointment as someone else is leaving, we will ask them to wait outside the entrance momentarily so we can clean and prepare the space before they enter.
There will minimal contact between staff and clients during appointments unless agreed to by both parties (eg, in the case of posing a baby), and we will maintain a safe physical distance of 1.5m for the majority of the time.
The total capacity for our premises is 25 people, However our purchasing appointment room can only have 5 people in total, which must include a Heartstory staff member and this is in line with the 4 square metre rule. Although not directed to do so, we are applying this rule to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible.

Mask wearing is not compulsory, however we respect your decision to wear a mask.

Hand sanitiser is available in all our spaces for use by staff, clients and visitors.
All touch points in areas attended by clients will be cleaned and sanitised between appointments.
All hard surfaces and shared spaces on our premises will be cleaned and sanitised daily.
All soft furnishings and wardrobe/props in the studio space will be sprayed with disinfectant or washed between appointments.
We aim to increase ventilation on the premises where possible.

We keep a record of all appointments (both those held on our premises as well as away from our premises) in our CRM software, and will contact you if there is a confirmed Covid-19 exposure.
