Terms & Conditions of entry

  1. Only one entry per family/household/IP address will be accepted.
  2. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and residents of Canberra or surrounding geographic areas.
  3. Entrants must follow all 6 businesses on Instagram or Facebook, tag a friend and fill out an entry form to qualify.
  4. Entrants may not enter on behalf of another person or family, unless it is a spouse who resides at the same address.
  5. Entrants cannot be employees or immediate family of any of the businesses with prizes in the prize pool.
  6. The giveaway runs from 7pm Friday 28th April to midnight Saturday 13th May, 2023 AEST.
  7. The winner will be selected based on their answer to the question ‘what is your favourite motherhood moment?’. The winner will be notified by phone on Mothers Day May 14th. If we are unable to contact the winner on Mothers Day May 14th, we will select a new winner.
  8. The main prize pool is worth $4640 and is made up of products and gift vouchers from the following businesses: Heartstory Photography, East Hotel, Meet Gather Collect, Honeysuckle & Lace, Platinum by April and Feel Better Pilates. Each prize is subject to terms & conditions (including expiry dates) by the supplying business. Any relevant information and terms will be provided with the prizes.
  9. The prize is to be collected Heartstory Photography HQ in Belconnen after Mothers Day.
  10. Ten entrants will win the second chance draw. The second chance draw prizes are a $495 Heartstory photography package which includes a family portrait session and a piece of framed artwork. Winners will be chosen based on their answer to the question ‘what is your favourite motherhood moment?’ and notified by SMS by Wednesday May 17th.
  11. Prizes may not be transferred to another family or person and cannot be re-sold.
  12. Prizes may not be substituted for any other product or service from any of the businesses involved. Prizes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, gift certificate or booking from any of the businesses involved. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  13. The giveaway is administered by Heartstory ABN 73 600 217 356 and is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.
  14. By entering this giveaway, your details will be received by the 6 businesses with prizes in the giveaway, and those businesses may promote their goods and services to you, in compliance with The Spam Act 2003.
