Terms & conditions of entry

  1. Only one entry per family/household/IP address will be accepted.
  2. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and residents of Australia.
  3. Entrants may not enter on behalf of another person or family.
  4. Entrants cannot be employees or immediate family of any of the businesses with prizes in the prize pool.
  5. The giveaway runs from 9am Monday 30th September to midnight Sunday 6th October, 2024 AEST.
  6. The winner will be randomly selected and notified by phone in the week following the giveaway closing. If we are unable to contact the winner by COB Thursday 10th October, we will select a new winner.
  7. The main prize pool is worth $2000 and is made up of products and services from Heartstory and Edglit. The prize is to be collected from Heartstory HQ in Canberra. Any relevant information and terms will be provided with the prizes. 
  8. The Heartstory photography prize is made up of a signature Heartstory family photography session worth $200 and $1500 credit towards artwork, prints and digital files of their choice, with a total value of $1700. The Edglit prize is a 1m Edglit Pack containing everything you need to give your garden a modern, designer, outdoor lighting look, and includes: WIFI Controller, IR Handheld Controller, Connecting Cables, and AC/DC Power Adapter.
  9. Ten entrants will win the second chance draw runner up prizes. The runner up prizes are a $400 Heartstory photography package which includes a family portrait session and $200 credit towards their photo order. Winners will be chosen at random and notified by SMS by Wednesday October 16th.
  10. Prizes or parts of prizes may not be transferred to another family or person and cannot be re-sold.
  11. Prizes may not be substituted for any other product or service from any of the businesses involved. Prizes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, gift certificate or booking from any of the businesses involved. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  12. By entering this giveaway, your details will be received by Heartstory and Edglit, and those businesses may promote their goods and services to you, in compliance with The Spam Act 2003.
