Newborn photography

Becoming a parent is one of most incredible times of your life, but those first couple of months go by so quickly that often it feels like a dream and is hard to remember later on. This time deserves to be documented more than any other.

It can be difficult to book a newborn session in advance, however we can still pencil you in, and I ask that you put me on your contact list for when baby is born, so I can make myself available for your session as soon you're ready. The ideal time for newborn sessions is when baby is 5-10 days old, but I am happy to photograph newborns up to 6 weeks old.

My approach to newborn sessions is a unique combination of documentary/lifestyle and fine art. I capture real life moments to give you a complete story of what your life is like with your newest family member. These sessions always take place in your home, and are never rushed; yours and your baby's comfort and enjoyment is my priority. I ask that you put aside an entire morning (up to four hours) for your newborn session. Your session fee is $250 and your password protected online proof gallery will contain 50+ images to choose from.

A maternity session is available for an additional $100, takes about an hour, and is usually held outdoors. A maternity proof gallery contains 30+ images.

Newborn & maternity session packages are treated as one, so your collection contains 80+ images and you order from both sessions at the one time.
